In this session you will learn ow to formalize your processes for:
- Setting clear objectives for your outsourcing projects.
- Searching for and identifying consultants who are perfect for your program’s objectives, mission, and philosophies.
- Setting your consultants up for success.
- Contracting with consultants.
All sessions are 1.5 hour long, and include a brief announcement from our sponsor.
