Carline, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Playground ("Playground"), is the IACET Accredited Provider for the continuing education delivered through its Early Childhood Investigations (ECI) and Playground webinar programs. Carline, Inc. d/b/a Playground is hereinafter referred to as "the Company." References to "ECI" (earlychildhoodwebinars.com) or "Playground Webinars" (tryplayground.com) denote the specific program under which a webinar is offered; both operate under the Company’s single IACET-accredited continuing education framework.

By registering for Early Childhood Investigations Webinars (ECI), you consent to allow the Company to collect personal data, including but not limited to your name and email address. This data will be used to communicate with you about your registration and participation and any updates regarding the webinars. Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to facilitate the webinar or fulfill legal obligations.

Sessions must remain educational and free from commercial bias, regardless of whether a proprietary interest exists.
Intellectual Property Policy
The Company respects the intellectual property rights of all presenters and third-party contributors. Instructors retain ownership of the original content they create. By submitting materials for use in an ECI learning event, instructors grant the Company a defined license to use those materials. All materials must be properly owned or licensed before being submitted. The Company’s own intellectual property — including its name, logos, platform, and any content it creates — is protected and may not be used without written permission.
