Join this free eye-opening webinar to learn about a coaching framework for supporting early childhood practitioners’ use of evidence-informed teaching practices. In this session, the editors of Essentials of Practice-Based Coaching will share highlights of their new book about practice-based coaching and essentials for successful implementation. Together, we will explore three key elements of the framework: Shared goals and action planning, focused observation, and reflection and feedback.  You will also hear about examples of implementation resources and hear an overview of how to:

• Develop collaborative partnerships with teachers

• Create effective goals and action plans

• Conduct practice-focused strengths and needs assessments

• Observe teachers’ practices and collect data about coaching effects

• Give supportive and constructive feedback

• Employ web-based platforms and coaching apps to support PBC

All sessions are 1.5 hours long, and include a brief announcement from our sponsor. 2:oo PM – 3:30 PM Eastern Time.
