Join Judy Jablon and Nichole Parks from Leading for Children, and Lauren Carlisle from the Wyoming Learning Network to explore a of 11 Simple Rules – that establishes a new, equitable model for developing quality in early learning for children by elevating the wisdom of the critical adults in their lives. Using this framework supports equitable partnerships and cultivates communities where children and adults thrive. In this interactive webinar, we will explore the 11 Simple Rules, a framework for early learning quality that serves as a catalyst for collaboration among all stakeholders in the lives of young children. Using a case study approach, the presenters will describe how application of the 11 Simple Rules has transformed their community by supporting them in focusing on relationships and interactions that are honest, trusting, open, and two-way; emotional and physical environments that are calm, safe, organized, and respectful; and learning environments that are meaningful, exploratory, and actionable.

Attendees of this webinar will:

• Gain understanding of an accessible framework for early learning quality.

• Acquire tools to use the framework for conversations that include all the important adults in the young child’s life: educators, families, administrators, and policy makers.

• Learn from and be inspired by the stories of communities who have successfully implemented the framework for quality to build collaboration and consensus
