Tess Wood, MA

Tess Wood, Senior Associate at Early Childhood by Design primarily focused on Educator and Leader Development, holds a Master’s degree in Human Growth and Development with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, complemented by minors in Special Education and Business Administration. Tess maintains both a coaching and a trainer credential for the state of Colorado along with being a certified reflective supervisor and workplace peer mediation trainer. Driven by her passion for playfully ambitious leadership and emergent curriculum development, Tess has held a wide-range of roles in early childhood including coach, consultant, trainer, and executive director.
