Connections in Mind

Victoria Bagnall is a neurodivergent educator, speaker, and co-founder of Connections in Mind, a pioneering organization dedicated to executive function and neuroinclusive practice. A former teacher and Cambridge graduate, Victoria is now one of the UK’s leading specialists in executive function coaching and training.

She has worked with early years settings, schools, and national organizations across the UK and internationally, including the NHS, EY, and the University of California, Berkeley. Known for translating complex neuroscience into clear, practical strategies, Victoria supports educators to create nurturing environments where every child — especially those with hidden learning challenges — can thrive.

Her upcoming book The Neuroinclusive Educator explores how to embed executive function support and Universal Design for Learning into everyday classroom practice.
