Amanda Quiroz-Guajardo is an early childhood consultant, trainer, and founder of Off To A Good Start, bringing more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education, family engagement, and child abuse prevention. A former Executive Director of the Tulare County Child Abuse Prevention Council, and current member of National Steering Committee/Citizen's Review Panel on Child Abuse & Neglect, Amanda has dedicated her career to strengthening families, supporting educators, and building more inclusive, culturally responsive systems of care.

Her work focuses on strengthening families, dual language development, trauma-informed practices, and family-centered approaches. She believes every child deserves to feel a sense of belonging and every family deserves to be seen, heard, and valued.
