Raelene Ostberg started out as a stressed parent, making mistakes and struggling to care for her feisty toddler. Raelene is a Motivational Speaker, Achieve Expert Trainer, New York State Training and Technical Assistant Professional, Licensed Parent Educator, Curriculum Designer, and Trainer Mentor. She obtained her B.A. in Theater and M.Ed. in Family Education from the University of Minnesota. In addition to her toddler topics, Raelene specializes in working with challenging behaviors, promoting self-control, collaborating with families, and reducing caregiver burnout. To date, Raelene has entertained and inspired thousands of early childhood professionals and the trainers and leaders who support them.
