Jennifer Carsen is a mom, child care marketing specialist, writer, and recovering employment law attorney. Her company, Daycare In Demand, specializes in marketing and communications for child care centers. She founded Daycare In Demand because she’s passionate about helping child care professionals build strong, thriving businesses.
Jennifer has been quoted as an employment law expert in the Chicago Tribune, and her writing has appeared in Child Care Exchange Magazine, New Hampshire Magazine, and various Business & Legal Resources publications. She is also the author of the book HR How-to: Employee Retention.
She is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the American Society of Journalists and Authors, and the New Hampshire Bar Association. She lives and works in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and is an alum of Williams College and the NYU School of Law.
