Jacque Sell, Quality Assurance and Training Manager, is responsible for supporting quality initiatives, NAEYC Accreditation and staff professional development and some project management for CCLC centers in the West. Ms. Sell also represents CCLC on project teams for the Knowledge Universe Enterprise as well as national, state and local ECE Boards and Committees. She has been with CCLC for over 15 years, is a member NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) and is an active participant in the state and local affiliates. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Child Development from California State University, Chico and later earned her Master’s Degree in Human Development at Pacific Oaks College.
Ms. Sell is an active member of the California Association for the Education of Young Children and the chair of the conference committee for the 2013 and 2014 events. Ms. Sell is also a current member of the San Mateo Child Care Partnership Council, the San Mateo Community College Mentor Selection Committee, the National Advisory Board for Eco-Healthy Child Care® (a national program of Children’s Environmental Health Network) and the Advisory Board for the Emotional Intelligence Training Institute. She presents workshops and trainings on a number of topics related to child care for professional conferences and ECE professionals, parent education workshops and has been published in Exchange Magazine. Ms. Sell is also a part time instructor of ECE courses at Skyline Community College.
