Annette Farrell received her undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University and is seeking a Master in Early Childhood Administration from Champlain College. Annette has worked for over twenty-five years in the field of education and business. Her educational experience includes special needs infant/toddler teacher, center director, accreditation specialist, adjunct faculty at Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley and technical assistance professional. She is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Additionally, Annette has experience working in marketing and advertising; she has worked as a private bilingual business and educational consultant, coach and trainer in the Kansas City area for various micro-enterprises and organizations. Annette trains across the United States and internationally for diverse populations. In her role as Business & Professional Development Specialist, she is currently promoting Francis Institute’s curricula, Strengths-Based Coaching®; Improving the Quality of Child Care Programs through Coaching; Developing Your Family Child Care Business™; and the new online course, Developing Your Child Care Business. Annette’s vision is to provide excellent training and support of early childhood practitioners in order to improve intentions and practice so children can develop to their fullest potential.
