Many directors were promoted to their leadership role because they were outstanding teachers. Yet, being an effective director requires a different skill set than being an exceptional teacher. Without specialized management training, you may find it difficult to locate the resources you need to improve your program's practices. This session will provide you with a wide range of practical leadership and management resources you can assess and use to improve your organization's effectiveness.
