About this webinar
As a child care administrator, the “excitement” never ends! Many directors spend their days going from one crisis to another- in other words, “putting out fires.” Crisis prevention requires planning, training, and commitment to continued growth. True leadership takes more than solving each problem in isolation of others and using the same techniques to resolve different problems. Preparation and clearly defined and communicated policies and procedures, are the foundation of well operated, “fire-free” programs. This webinar, presented by Beth Engelhardt, a preschool administration veteran with 30 years of experience, will help you recognize the ways in which you contribute to the firestorm and how you can be proactive to prevent everyday problems and full-blown crises. All sessions are 1.5 hours long, and include a brief announcement from our sponsor. 2:oo PM - 3:30 PM Eastern Time.
