In this paradigm-shifting webinar, you will learn about implicit racial bias and its role in behavior management practices and policies in early childhood programs. Presented by early childhood equity experts Ebonyse Mead and Jen Neitzel, this webinar will help you understand about how to examine current classroom and program practices. Jen and Ebonyse will also provide an overview of state-level policies related to bias.
