About this webinar
Sponsored by the soon-to-be launched ECE Expert Consultant Directory.
As the staff, children and families in our early learning programs grow more diverse, it's essential to move beyond just having materials in the programs that reflect the various backgrounds as a way create high quality learning programs. It's important to begin working in deeper ways to build more welcoming communities with more meaningful relationships and programming. Understanding the common terms in anti-bias and culturally responsive approaches in early childhood allows for an informed and impactful course of action as an early childhood leader. In this webinar, participants will gain perspective on the experiences a school or program must have in order to implement an actualized anti-bias approach, and the role an early childhood leader has in ensuring the approach is sustainable. Audience members will also come away with insight on the linkage in using this approach and providing all children and their families with a high quality early childhood education.
