With over 30 years of leadership experience in the child care industry, she brings a wealth of expertise in business management, having previously owned and operated successful multi-site programs. Monique is a strong, results-oriented professional with an exemplary track record of closing revenue performance gaps to achieve operational and profitability goals.
In her current role, Monique has been instrumental in developing the Business Support Services department at Quality Care for Children, where she designs effective business leadership training and development programs for child care providers across Georgia. Known for her supportive and engaging communication style, she skillfully translates complex business concepts into clear, actionable strategies that drive results. Her passion as a child care industry advocate, business leader, and coach fuels her mission to help child care business owners build successful, sustainable programs.
