Molly Hichens is a nationally recognized expert in child care marketing, person to person sales, and competitive analysis. She regularly speaks and presents on customer retention, successful marketing to Millennial and Gen Z families, tour conversion success and organization best practices in early childhood education. She has a unique perspective having grown up in the child care world, as her family has three centers in Virginia. Molly has worked in early childhood for fourteen years, joining the HINGE Broker team in 2017 working on the Business Development team, Broker Support and private consulting.
She has presented for numerous groups and conferences including the World Forum in Macao, China, and most recently was a featured guest on Child Care Exchanges ‘Post COVID-19 video’ series. Molly maintains membership in two high-level Early Childhood mastermind groups allowing her to stay current on market trends. An area of expertise is her customized Mystery Shopping, available both on-site and via telephone using a customized scorecard and delivering specific remedies for improvement. She has developed numerous strategic marketing plans for all sizes and types of child care centers and trained both entry-level and seasoned administrators.
