Ninderjit Gill

Ninderjit Gill (pronounced Nin-der-jeet) is a tenured faculty member at North Seattle College, where she teaches in both the AAS and BAS Early Childhood Teacher Preparation programs. Ninderjit's focus is on preparing anti-bias anti-racist early learning professionals to support the developmental, cultural, and social-emotional needs of young children and engage in meaningful and impactful relationships with their families. She also served as the Executive Director of the Washington Association for the Education of Young Children (WAEYC), leading efforts to strengthen the early childhood field through advocacy, professional development, and community engagement specifically addressing language justice and choice for early learning professionals.
