Dr. Cathi Miller (she/her) is a professor, consultant, and advocate dedicated to justice, equity, and educator well-being in early childhood education. With more than 25 years of experience as a teacher, mentor, and program coach, she combines academic insight with hands-on expertise to engage and inspire early childhood educators and program leaders. Her work focuses on nature-based learning, culturally responsive practice, and sustainable teacher development. As the founder of Treefrog Education and host of the podcast Developmentally Inappropriate with Dr. Cathi, she is passionate about helping educators build supportive professional communities where teachers can thrive—because when teachers thrive, children do too.
