Melony Gibson

Dr. Melony Gibson is the Senior Manager of Leadership Development at Bright Horizons Family Solutions. Melony has served in the early education and adult learning spaces for over 30 years and is dedicated to improving the performance of leaders to create high quality opportunities and experiences for the children and teams they lead. Melony also serves as the co-chair for the African Heritage Advisory Group and works to create increased visibility and a space for all voices to be heard. Melony is a member of National Black Child Development Institute (NBCDI) and National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
