As a native of Rockford, Illinois and a current resident of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Landscape Architecture. He has been designing research-based outdoor classrooms and natural playgrounds for 15 years. He has worked with municipalities, schools, early ed programs, branches of the military, First Nation communities, developers and communities all over the world. His project experience in design, fundraising, public engagement, construction administration and training give him a unique comprehensive understanding of what makes a successful project and guide clients through the process. Outside of his work as a designer, Jeff is the Co-Founder and Commissioner of the Steel City Inclusive Softball Association, a Delegate for the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance and is Co-chair of their international DEI committee.
