Treasa Howard, MEd, MBA

Early Childhood Educator and Adjunct Professor

 Treasa Howard is an early childhood educator and college instructor with over 15 years of experience in infant and toddler development. She teaches Child Development courses at Joliet Junior College and serves as an instructional lead teacher in a teen parent program, where she supports young families through culturally responsive, relationship-based practices. Treasa has also served as a Teach Plus Policy Fellow where she advocated for pay equity in early childhood education and is the co-author of "Same Work, Different Pay: The Demand for Pay Parity for Early Childhood Educators.
