Carrie Casey and Kate Woodward Young, M.Ed., bring over 55 years of combined experience supporting early childhood leaders and business owners. Co- founders of a director credentialing program created in 2002, they designed this comprehensive training to meet the needs of preschool, daycare, school-age, and Montessori program directors and owners. Over the past two decades, they’ve trained thousands of directors, managed a childcare substitute business, and developed programs for teachers and parents.
Carrie and Kate are also podcast hosts with over 250 episodes and authors of six books aimed at guiding early learning leaders. Raised in entrepreneurial families, both were inspired from an early age to support childcare professionals. Carrie, a former owner of four childcare centers in Austin, Texas, has dedicated herself to helping directors navigate business challenges and achieve growth. Kate, a seasoned consultant for new and retiring business owners, has a diverse background spanning marketing, business development, and education.
Their work together continues to support leaders with engaging, practical training that equips directors to build successful, sustainable programs.
