Lynette Fraga from Child Care Aware of America, and Morna Ballantyne from Child Care Advocacy Association of Canada will discuss current challenges and opportunities for child care systems in their countries now, and share insights about the path forward toward increasing quality and affordability of, and access to child care in the future. Both Lynette and Morna will provide tips for child care advocates. After brief formal presentations by both leaders, they will compare and contrast approaches in a moderated discussion.
