Building collaborations with community organizations, non-profits, businesses, and other providers can seem overwhelming even though you can see the benefits ahead. In this webinar, start by understanding what a collaboration truly is and what it is not and then explore the qualities, strategies and on going relationship needed for a successful collaboration. This webinar is perfect for those new to building collaborations and for those already in the midst. It is never too late to create or improve upon collaborations which will only benefit your program!
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Define collaboration
- Identify qualities which successfully start and sustain collaborations
- Prepare for establishing or improving collaborations supporting their own program
