Fran Simon, the Chief Engagement Officer of Engagement Strategies, has been a professional Early Childhood educator since 1981. After 15 years as a multi-site child care administrator, where among other duties, she was responsible for technology integration and marketing, she followed her heart to a new career in marketing and Internet development in early education. In her subsequent positions at Teaching Strategies, Inc. and The National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies, she honed her expertise in marketing, webinars, web site and online system development in the early education market. For more than 30 years in the field, technology and social media have always been at the heart of her work in early childhood education.
Now, as the founder of her own International marketing, educational technology and webinar production consulting company, Fran continues to engage at the convergence of early childhood, leadership, and technology. She is a contributing author for Child Care information Exchange and NAEYC’s Young Children, and the Co-Author with Karen Nemeth of Digital Decisions: Choosing the Right Technology Tools for Early Childhood Education. Fran frequently presents at national conferences, and provides consulting, training and coaching to non-profit organizations and corporations that provide services to the early childhood sector. She was formerly a Co-Facilitator of the NAEYC Consultants and Authors Interest Forum, and previously served as a Board Member and C0- Facilitator of the NAEYC Technology and Young Children Interest Forum. Fran is the founder and producer of Early Childhood Investigations, and the Co-Founder of Early Childhood Technology Network. She was selected as one of Exchange Press’ Exceptional Master Early Childhood Leaders. Fran has a BA and a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education. She lives in metropolitan Washington, DC.

Andrea Goggins started her career in the early childhood field in 2006, helping numerous large and small organizations get the tools they need to implement quality curriculum by assessing their training and material needs.
Currently, Andrea is a contract webinar producer for Early Childhood Investigations Webinars, the company that brings free conference quality webinars to Early Childhood Education (ECE) Professionals. Early Childhood Investigations serves more than 160K ECE professionals on a wide variety of ECE topics. For over eight years, Andrea has worked for ECI Webinars managing technical details of the webinars and email blasts, she trains and supports presenters, manages data and supports webinar hosting.
At the Devereux Center for Resilient Children, Andrea hosts webinars on topics that focus on the resilience of children, ECE leaders and teams.
Andrea is a single mother of two who lives in metropolitan Washington, D.C.
