Rachel Supalla is a Child Care Business Coach for the Child Care Success Company with Kris Murray and brings over 25 years of child care experience. She is a multi-site child care center owner of 3 brands and founded Discovery KidZone in 2009. Rachel has her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Administration. She has been nationally recognized as a teacher and director trainer and is a certified professional development specialist that specializes in brain based creative teaching practices and leadership development. Rachel and her business have achieved many awards, including 2020 Innovative Business of the Year, top 20 business leaders under 40 and best daycare and preschool in Helena.
Rachel has developed an early childhood curriculum for infants through school age. She has a passion for mentoring and coaching fellow business leaders and teachers in the ECE field and does so through speaking, presenting, and training not only in her home state but also on a national stage. She is a local ECE advocate and has written and been awarded multiple grants.
Originally from California, Rachel currently lives in Montana raising her four teenage children. Rachel laid down her ECE business grassroots there when she opened a preschool in their basement for their children. During her free time, Rachel loves to travel and explore different places and cultures, cooking, entertaining, camping, and boating with her family.
