Rosa Antonia Carrillo, founder of Carrillo & Associates, is a thought leader in transformational leadership and team development.
Since 1997, Ms. Carrillo has been publishing and speaking about the importance of relationship, trust and open communication in organizational performance. Routledge Publishing will be producing her new book, The Relationship Factor in Safety Performance: How to Succeed with Employee Engagement, January 2019.
She has developed an approach to help managers understand and adopt their role as relationship centered leaders. Her unique understanding of organizational culture in complex environments is translated into direct and concrete recommendations and tools to manage change and achieve higher performance.
Rosa has worked at all levels of the education and training sectors including the World Bank, adjunct faculty at Pepperdine’s University Key Executive MBA program. She began her career as a pre-school and kindergarten teacher, having received her BA and teaching credential from UCLA and masters from Pepperdine. She is fluent in English and Spanish and is at ease working across many cultures.
