Lorelei E. Pisha, EdD, is an early interventionist and professional learning specialist who is passionate about the provision of evidence-based services for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with special needs and their families. She provides state-of-the-art telehealth professional development and coaching-based intervention for families through Early Intervention Partnerships. Her expertise includes language development, inclusion, culturally responsive practice, professional learning, family engagement in natural environments, and physical activity play. She has published and presented nationally on these topics. Dr. Pisha also has extensive expertise in the preparation of highly-qualified early intervention practitioners and leadership personnel. She serves as adjunct faculty with the Certificate in Early Intervention program at the Georgetown School of Continuing Studies. Previously, she was the lead author and Project Coordinator for two funded Office of Special Education Programs personnel preparation grants that trained early childhood practitioners and administrators at the Graduate School of Education and Human Development at The George Washington University.
