Bev Schumacher brings practical knowledge to her presentations and created materials from 30+ years in the education field. Her emphasis is early learning and parent involvement. As President of Learning Props L.L.C she has created educational games and books focused on school-readiness & props for working with families. She co-authored–Menu For Successful Parent and Family Engagement, worked as parent involvement coordinator, researched best practices to involve parents, presents trainings, has done technical consulting and program monitoring.
She enjoys spending time with her family and two delightful Grandsons, appreciates historic homes and has restored 5 homes. She values good friends, beautiful flowers and morning walks along Lake Michigan with her supportive husband.
