1)  DOWNLOAD A BACKUP CERTIFICATE

EVEN IF YOU ATTEND THE ENTIRE WEBINAR FROM BEGINNING TO END, We urge you to either download the certificate from the handouts pane or write down the link announced at the end of the webinar IN CASE YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE. It’s always a good idea to have a backup plan.

2) IF YOU ATTEND AS A GROUP…

While we encourage groups to attend together in the same room, each participant will not be issued a personalized certificate. It’s not because we don’t want to provide the reward!  The GoToWebinar system is designed to track individual attendance based on clicks on the personalized links in the confirmation and email reminders. If it is possible to have every participant join from a device even though you are all in the same room, everyone will receive the Reward Certificate!

3) DO NOT JOIN BY PHONE ONLY

You will NOT receive a certificate of any kind if you join by phone without clicking the link to join the online session. GoToWebinar does not record the presence of attendees who call in without clicking the link.

4) Complete and submit the Professional Development Reflections Form

Regardless of which certificate you receive, documenting your reflections is not only good practice, it helps authenticate your participation. Download the form now, and keep a copy to reuse every time you attend any formal training.
