If you have ever tried to log into one of our webinars, and you see a message that indicates that the webinar is full, you are probably frustrated. We know. Here’s what you need to know…
Our system allows 3,000 attendees at a time. Most of our webinars attract more than 3,000 registrants. Usually we do not go over capacity because all of our sessions are recorded, and many people prefer to watch the recordings to accommodate their schedules.
Occasionally, more than 3,000 people do log in and we go over capacity. While we know you may have registered long before the webinar date, the system does not discriminate between those who registered first, it just allows people who LOG IN FIRST. That means someone who registered after you may get in and you could be blocked from joining. You may also loose your place in the session if you log off and then back on. We are so sorry.
While we know it seems unfair, but that is how all webinar software works. We hate to disappoint our community, so that’s why we record the webinars and send links to the recordings to all registrants after the session is over. We know it is frustrating to not be able to get into a webinar you have been waiting to attend, Try logging in early! We always open the webinars at 1:30 PM Eastern Time, so you can log in early.
